Andrew's 15-year career in the public accounting sector, coupled with his dedication to providing professional and financial guidance, has propelled him to become an invaluable asset to our firm.
Since joining Richmond & Company in June 2009, Andrew has amassed an impressive clientele, comprising both individuals and corporations. His expertise and personalized approach have enabled him to assist his clients in achieving success and maintaining organizational efficiency. As a Senior Accountant/CPA, Andrew's multifaceted experience spans various areas of public accounting, including bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, auditing and review, and financial planning.
Andrew's educational accomplishments further solidify his standing as a leading accounting professional. He graduated from West Virginia University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Demonstrating his dedication to continuous growth, he pursued and achieved his Master of Professional Accountancy from the same institution the following year. Andrew's commitment to excellence led him to attain the Certified Public Accountant designation in 2012, further enhancing his credentials and expertise. As a member of the AICPA and the WVSCPA, he remains actively engaged in professional networks to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
One of Andrew's remarkable qualities is his exceptional organizational skills, allowing him to effectively manage multiple projects while devoting the necessary attention to each one. His dedication to his clients is unwavering, consistently going above and beyond to provide assistance whenever needed. This commitment to client success has enabled him to excel in the accounting profession and in his community.
Born and raised in Beckley, West Virginia, Andrew quickly realized that he wanted to build his professional career and personal life in the community where he grew up. Alongside his successful career, Andrew is a loving husband to his wife of 13 years, Krissy Conner, and a proud father to their two sons, Ethan and Kaden. Andrew actively participates in his community, serving as a coach for his sons' baseball teams. Outside of work and community involvement, he finds joy in being a father, enjoying quality time with his family, fishing, and immersing himself in the beauty of the great outdoors.
